StudioIt is indeed. Where I have my big iMac set up, where I paint, where I design graphics, webpages, logos, you name, it is where I make christmas wreaths and flower arrangements, it is also where I store my apothecary items to make lotions and bath salts and lip balm and such. Once I get a futon, it will be a proper place for a guest to lay down their head.

Yes its tan, but its Warm Caramel, essentially a warmer (meaning having bit more yellow) and a little darker, than your tan thats usually confused with beige BLAH. Why tan, well I want something modern yet inviting and warm, something that just about anything I want to do to my room (wether I go modern or more classic, I won't have to worry about my walls, plus it looks great with all the glossy white trim. Why white furniture? So can put as many colorful accents around my room as I want, plus it keeps the room looking bright and airy.
Ok, so after much deliberation and thinking and reorganizing my closet and so on and so on, I had rethought my desk and work area situation.
The fore mentioned desk, won't work any more that the one I have now. My big 27 in iMac will take up the majority of the space and I'll still have no actual work space for anything else (not to mention no keyboard drawer). So I have decided to go L-shaped.

Eureka!
What!!! Ok, so I really like this desk. Its a new (I think) line from Ikea, MALM, and the it has a pull out extender thingy. So I can push it in when not in use and whenI want to paint, pull it out, set up my painting equipment and there ya go.
Bye Bye TanThe Warm Caramel is pretty, but since this is a studio I needed a cheery and inspirational color. CORAL it is!!!.
So much better. I smile every time I go in there. I want to go in there and create :) yay happy!
